MIDSTATE DIGITAL ASSESSMENT & INSPECTION PACKAGES

1. INFRARED ASSESSMENT ONLY INCLUDES:

• Photographic IR scans of your building's exterior.

• Photographic IR AND Video IR scans of your building's interior, including above ground perimeter, below ground perimeter, ceilings, windows, exterior door systems, mechanical and electrical systems and floors.

• Full printed and digital reports including photos, and a copy of video on CD or DVD.
  
  NOTE: There may be preparations needed up to 24 hours before the infrared sweeps. You will be provided with the details.

2. VISUAL INSPECTION ONLY INCLUDES:

• Visual survey of the condition of your building's grounds.

• Visual survey of the condition of your building's exterior systems.

• Visual survey of the conditions of your buildings interior including structural systems, mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing systems, window systems, door systems, built ins, and appliances.

• Full printed and digital reports including photos.

3. FULL VISUAL INSPECTION AND INFRARED ASSESSMENT INCLUDES:

• Any or all of the features of packages 1. & 2. above.

 
4. BY THE HOUR; CALL TO SEE IF YOU QUALIFY FOR HOURLY RATES.

PRICING

Pricing will be dependent on size and construction type of your property.

Having a set price for these services would simply mean that most would pay too much while a few would pay too little.

When Inquiring about package pricing, please have the following information available:

• Structures to be assessed; main building, garages, other structures, driveways, fences, etc.

• Sizes in sq. ft. of buildings to be assessed.

• Structural type of buildings; number of stories, types and no.'s of equipment systems present, approximate age, location of property, etc.

• Hours that the property is available for assessment or inspection.
