A properly inspected building or property is a known quantity, you know what you have, or what you are buying. This is important when you prepare to negotiate a sale, it is important when you consider a purchase, and it’s important when you create your budget for capital improvements after you buy.

In my 30 plus years of experience as a home builder, commercial contractor, project superintendent, and working carpenter, there is not much that I haven’t seen. I have developed a keen eye for detail and abilities for problem solving, and mitigating conditions.

My assessments are discreet, unbiased, and comprehensive. They conform with ASTM standards. I use modern, high tech equipment, and I am very thorough in my methods. Within 24 to 48 hours after my inspection, you will receive a detailed report of my findings.

I can also create reports of estimated costs of repairs, for both sellers and buyers, based upon up to date labor and material costs data from this area.
